While it is possible for a vampire to "flush" and through that gain the physical capacity for sexual activities they do NOT get any physical pleasure out of it, there is of course the mental pleasure of the act, but generally lust would be driven more towards feeding or being fed upon in the vampire state. This is a horror game, not a sexting forum, so if you intend to roleplay such things then there is other media available for that. Stating in a spoiler tag or within brackets that the act is intended and fading to black is completely reasonable and if you don't feel fullfilled with that then use the PM function or other media to act it out.
